Our teacher training programme offers 100% school based learning in our schools.

We welcome applications from people committed to making a difference in the areas where it matters most. We have over 30 years' experience developing teachers, many of whom go on to have successful careers at a Dixons school.

We offer secondary and primary programmes. You will benefit from excellent support and guidance from Dixons Centre for Growth and our partners, so you develop into the best teacher you can be and make a difference to the lives of local children.
